Hi folks

I am currently writing an article recommending a small tour between a 
couple computer languages, Lisp included. The idea is just to wet their 
feet in some interesting languages (smalltalk, forth, Lisp, among 
others) in order to gain some perceptions that are lost in todays 
tedious Java/C#/C++ world.

I would like to know your opinions as to what are the most valuable 
insights one gains by learning Lisp.

I have my own opinions, but you first, please.
